Conversation as a method of learning has been known since the time of Socrates. Using the "Lecture-conversation" method at the Department of "Clinical disciplines 2" of the Osh State University during a lecture session on the subject of "propaedeutics of children's diseases", allows you to draw students ' attention to the most important issues of the topic, determine the content and pace of presentation of the topic, taking into account the characteristics of students. Lecture-conversation, or "dialogue with the audience", is the most common and relatively simple form of active involvement of students in the educational process, assuming direct contact between the teacher and the audience.
