According to the approved plan for educational work with foreign students of the IMF Osh State University, in order to routinely familiarize foreign students from India, Pakistan, Nepal, Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan on violations of their rights at checkpoints across the State border of the Kyrgyz Republic, the department "CD 3 ", namely the senior curator Zhusupova A.B. a lecture was organized on the topic: "The rights of foreign students and the basic requirements for the entry and stay of foreign students and stateless persons in the Kyrgyz Republic."

The lecture was delivered by a highly qualified specialist with knowledge of Russian, English, Uzbek and Kazakh languages ​​in the field of border control and clarification of the issues of admitting foreign citizens and stateless persons through the State Border of the Kyrgyz Republic: head of the course for training specialists of border control units of the Center for Advanced Studies and Retraining of Servicemen of the SS GKNB KR Lieutenant Colonel Zhaimagambetov S.I.
