On September 23, 2025, the Deputy Directors of the Finance and Law College for Academic and Educational Affairs, Akmataly uulu A. and Bakashov M., together with the Chairwoman of the Women’s Council, Sharip kyzy A., held a meeting with first-year female students on the topic: “The behavior of female students in educational and public places, dress culture and personal hygiene, as well as the prevention of inappropriate actions towards underage girls.” The meeting was also attended by the Senior Inspector of the Juvenile Affairs Department of the Ak-Buura District Police Department of Osh, Police Major Alymkulova A.N., Senior Lieutenant Arynova N.S., and Senior Lieutenant Almazbek kyzy Bermet, who gave educational and awareness-raising speeches, provided advice on behavior in public places, safety, and dress culture. The female students also shared their opinions and took part in the discussion.
