On October 14, 2025, the Practice and Career Center of Osh State University, together with the Industrial-Pedagogical College, organized a roundtable discussion titled “The Current State and Prospects of Dual Education.”
The main goal of the roundtable was to discuss the current situation of the dual education process, identify achievements and challenges, and outline future directions.
The event was attended by the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of OshSU, R.A. Arapbaev, Head of the Department for Strategic Planning of Academic Affairs and Educational Policy Development, T.M. Papieva, internship coordinators from institutes, faculties, and colleges, program directors, and partners implementing dual education (specialists from the city education department and school teachers).
Participants emphasized that dual education is not only a combination of theory and practice but also an essential mechanism for improving the quality of education.
The meeting provided a great opportunity to strengthen the link between education and industry, prepare students for the professional environment, and promote effective experience sharing.
