The teachers of the Public Sciences and Pre-Conscription Training Department of the Institute of Advanced Training: Tolobayev P.A., Ormonova A.T., Ormonaliev K.O., Sydykova M.T., Soltoev Z.A., Abdrakhmanova A.A., Abdibaitov M.T., and Zhorobaev B.Sh. held an event at the College of International Educational Programs dedicated to the Day of Remembrance of Victims of Political Repression in Kyrgyzstan. This is a day of mourning, reflection on the past, and respect for the courage of those whose lives were broken by unjust persecution. During the event, a film was shown and student presentations were prepared on the lives of repressed Kyrgyz citizens. A guest lecture was also given by Zh.S. Botonoyev, PhD, Director of the Institute of Oriental Studies, on the topic "Кыргызстандагы куугунтук курмандыктары: басмачылык кыймылдар, кулакка тартуу саясаты жана саясий репрессиялар."
