The speaker was **Dr. Abubakir Mukhtarovich Juraev**, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences and Professor at **B. Osmonov Jalal-Abad State University**. **Topic of the report:** **“Development of the Theory of Singular Perturbations for Linear Ordinary Differential Equations.”** The seminar featured scientific discussions, questions, and proved to be useful and productive.
