Guest Lecture by Professor Nobutoshi Nawa Held at the International Medical Faculty of OshSU
On November 17, 2025, the International Medical Faculty of Osh State University hosted a guest lecture by Professor Nobutoshi Nawa from the Institute of Science Tokyo (Japan).
Professor Nawa presented modern approaches to studying the impact of air pollution on public health and discussed key issues in epidemiology and data analysis.
Master’s students, PhD candidates, and faculty members took part in the lecture.
The event was held within the framework of the Kyrgyz–Japan SATREPS Project
“Development of a Satellite Data- and a Regional Chemical Transport Modeling-based Air Pollution Assessment System and Formation of a Research Center for Air Pollution Studies.”
