On December 3, 2025, as part of the intercollegiate cooperation and pedagogical experience exchange program, D.M. Anarbaeva and N.K. Toktorova, instructors from the Social Sciences and Pre-Conscription Training Center of the Osh State University College of Finance and Law, visited the Faculty of Humanities and Natural Sciences of the Osh branch of the Jusup Balasagyn Kyrgyz National University to deliver a guest lecture on "Formation of Civic Identity in the Kyrgyz Republic" for second-year students. The lecture covered the following key topics: an analysis of the differences between ethnic and civic identity. It was emphasized that civic identity is based on a sense of belonging to the state, respect for its laws, the state language, and shared values, regardless of ethnic origin. Particular attention was paid to priority areas of state policy. The event generated keen interest among colleagues. Following the lecture, a discussion with students focused on intercultural dialogue and legal literacy. For their successful presentations, instructors D.M. Anarbaeva and N.K. Toktorova were awarded letters of gratitude.
