On February 11, 2026, the Career and Business Partnership Sector of Osh State University conducted a seminar-training for graduates of the International Educational Programs College. The purpose of the event was to provide graduates with guidance on successful employment and to offer practical recommendations for building a professional career.
During the seminar, the following key topics were covered:

how to write an effective résumé;

strategies for efficient job searching;
-
guidelines for successful job interviews.
In addition, participants received the following recommendations:

maintaining professional and constructive relations with employers;

enhancing qualifications by learning additional languages and attending computer courses;
-
acquiring proficiency in modern digital tools (Google Drive, cloud storage services, etc.);
-
understanding that greater knowledge and broader competencies significantly increase employment opportunities.
