On February 15, 2026, the Kyrgyz–Chinese Faculty held a book reading competition dedicated to Book Day, focusing on the literary work “Zharookerim.” The purpose of the event was to enhance students’ interest in literature, broaden their thinking, and develop a culture of reading. Students from different courses of the faculty participated in the competition, completing tasks such as in-depth analysis of the work, explaining its content, and evaluating the characters. Participants shared their impressions from the book and discussed the ideas raised by the author. At the end of the event, students who read the best and presented the content most effectively were awarded in various nominations.
