On February 20, 2026, the Career and Business Partnership Sector of Osh State University conducted a seminar-training session for graduating students of the Institute of Economics, Business, and Management. The event aimed to support students in developing key competencies required for successful employment.

The seminar provided practical guidance on the following topics:
• fundamental principles of effective résumé writing;
• efficient methods of job searching;
• strategies for successful interview performance.

Additionally, participants received recommendations on professional etiquette, establishing proper communication with employers, and enhancing supplementary language and ICT skills (including Google Disk and other cloud technologies).

Aziret-Ali Matkalykov, Senior Inspector of the Career and Business Partnership Sector, introduced students to the procedure for uploading rГ©sumГ©s to the job.oshsu.kg platform and to the opportunities available for searching current job vacancies.

The event was held in an interactive Q&A format, enabling participants to receive comprehensive answers to their questions. The seminar was designed to strengthen graduates’ competitiveness in the labor market and enhance their skills in career planning and professional résumé preparation.
