The Ak Kalpak is not just a headpiece. It represents honor, wisdom, purity, and national pride. Our ancestors held the Ak Kalpak high, glorifying it as a symbol of a mans dignity and stature. We proudly celebrated this day with the students of the Financial and Law College of Osh State University.
