Gulsana Asylbek kyzy, an intern of the College of International Educational Programs, participated in a seminar entitled “State Support for Youth in the Jalal-Abad Region,” organized by the Konrad Adenauer Foundation. The seminar also focused on social and youth policy issues of the mayor’s office. The Mayor of Manas, Abdupata Matkalimov, also took part in the seminar.
