Seminar “Digital Tools and Automation in Education” The Head of the ASST Department of the MFTIT Institute of Osh State University, PhD in Technical Sciences, Associate Professor A.J. Kuduev, along with lecturers E.O. Darbanov and B.S. Kyrgyzbaeva, participated in the seminar titled “Digital Tools and Automation in Education” on March 9, 2026, held at Osh State Pedagogical University for the professional development of the teaching staff. During the seminar, they delivered guest lectures. The lectures covered optimal methods of working with PDF documents and discussed effective ways of creating, editing, storing, and sharing educational materials. Special attention was also given to ensuring information security when working with documents, properly organizing file structures, and using materials conveniently in the educational process. In addition, open educational resources and digital platforms were discussed as important tools for ensuring academic transparency. Using the university’s electronic testing and analytics platform MyTE as an example, the speakers demonstrated the possibilities of assessing students’ knowledge levels, automating testing processes, and increasing the transparency of the educational process. Issues related to the automation of an electronic queue system and a database of video lectures were also discussed. It was noted that these systems facilitate the organization of work for both teachers and students and provide quick access to educational materials. It was emphasized that the proper use of digital technologies contributes to improving the effectiveness of the educational process.
