On April 5, students of the College of International Educational Programs made an educational trip to the Uzgen Minaret. The event was organized to increase students’ interest in history and to deepen their understanding of national heritage. During the excursion, the students received detailed information about the history of the minaret, its architectural features, and its significance during the Karakhanid period. The Uzgen Minaret is considered one of the unique monuments reflecting the rich historical heritage of the Kyrgyz people. Such practical excursions not only strengthen knowledge but also foster respect for the homeland. The participants shared their impressions and noted the importance of continuing such activities in the future.
