On May 22, the official presentation of the biographical publication “Prominent Chinese Studies Scholars of Kyrgyzstan,” organized by the public association “Congress of Sinologists,” was held at the main building of Kyrgyz National University named after J. Balasagyn. The event brought together prominent scholars, experts, and distinguished guests who have made significant contributions to the development of Chinese studies in Kyrgyzstan, the strengthening of diplomacy, and Kyrgyz-Chinese relations. T. Abdykaarova, Head of the Chinese Studies Program at the Kyrgyz-Chinese Faculty, was also invited to the event and presented the faculty’s achievements and future plans. The event featured presentations by the authors of the publication and prominent scholars, as well as discussions on current issues in the development of Chinese studies in Kyrgyzstan. At the conclusion of the event, representatives of the Chinese studies community agreed to strengthen cooperation and regularly discuss further areas of joint work.
