Venera Toktorova Kudainazarovna, Lecturer of the Department of Management and State Administration at the Institute of Economics, Business and Management of Osh State University, is participating in the international Professional Development Training Program organized by FД±rat University (ElazД±Дџ, Republic of TГјrkiye). The program is delivered in a hybrid format and comprises 144 academic hours.

The on-site phase of the program was conducted from May 17 to May 23, 2026 , at FД±rat University. The training included lectures, seminars, and workshops focusing on the digitalization of education, professional development of academic staff, educational project design, and the integration of modern technologies into the teaching and learning process. In addition, meetings were held with the university administration and academic staff.
