On October 9, 2026, the College of International Educational Programs (CIEP) at Osh State University hosted an event titled "Adaptation Navigation: A Future Without Hooks". The primary goal of the meeting was to prevent crime among young people, enhance their legal literacy, and guide them toward making positive choices in society. The event was organized by the Chair of the CIEP Women's Council, G. Borubekova, along with G. Madalieva, and instructors from the Industrial-Pedagogical College: M. T. Abdibaitov, B. Sh. Zhorobaev, Z. A. Soltoev, and M. Mahmudov. Representatives from the Cybercrime Division of the Osh City Internal Affairs Department and the "Ak-Buura" local police division attended the meeting.
