Academic mobility at CIEP
Within the framework of the academic mobility program in 2023-2024 academic year our students undergo a 3-week studying in Bishkek Innovation College. The total number of students of CIEP taking a part in the academic mobility program is 13.

Our first visit to S. Pramanas secondary school, then we visited the school gymnasium named after T.Otunchieva. We successfully conducted career guidance work at the gymnasium school named after M.Adysheva.
Our teachers successfully conducted career guidance at school #6 named after Anton Semenovich Makarenko in the city of Osh. Having gathered all 9th graders:
1. Told them about our college;
2.Showed a presentation about college;
3.Conducted a mini test.
The winning students were awarded certificates.

Akhunzhanova Zh.I., Abytova Aidan, Nurbekovna Asalkan, Alymkulovna Zuura and Bekmamatova Gulazik enrolled in Polot Zholdoshev Secondary School number 2, Abdulla Tangatarov Secondary School, boarding gymnasium number 14,and 2 Kyzyl-Senir aiyl okmotu in the village Kurshab Ozgon district of Osh region. 15.05.2023. teachers of the Department of Translation Studies of the English Language of the College of International Educational Programs; Aitkulova Zhazgul, Elmira Tagaykul kyzy, Bekmamatova Gulazyk and Imar kyzy Guldana visited the Nookat district to advise applicants. And also A. Mamyrov and K. Yunusov carried out explanatory work for students of the 9th and 11th bases at the Nookat Pedagogical Lyceum, Abu Raykhon Beruni School. Electronic tests were conducted and certificates were awarded to students who gave the best answers.
A conference of professional practice was held for 3rd year (9 bases) and 2nd year (11 bases) students. The conference introduced the purpose of the practice and provided information about daily events.
On April 13, 2023, teachers Ryskulova Nurgul and Akhmedova Muslima held an open lesson “World book day” at CMOS dedicated to the World Book Day in 104-audience. The lesson was conducted in a quiz format. The lesson was attended by students of the circle, which is conducted by the same teachers in English for students of 9-11-base. And also, the lesson was attended by the director of the college Ramashov Kumarbek Akmatalievich, head of the department “Translation: English” Akhunzhanova Zhyldyz Ikramzhanovna and other teachers. The lesson was very interesting and fascinating. The presentation in PPT format was prepared at an excellent level with an interesting design, where games, songs, interesting information, paintings, etc. were fixed. SEMINAR On March 24, 2023, a teacher from the Department of Translation Studies of the English Language held a seminar on the topic “Information about NKBP” based on the project “One methodological seminar from each teacher.” During the seminar, information was given about the program of initial vocational education based on regulatory documents, results and conditions of training. The seminar was held at a high level.
Teachers and students from the College of Theology of the Kyrgyz State University named after Ishenaly Arabaev came to the College of International Education, exactly to Department of Translation: English. The exchange program lasted two weeks and at the end the guests received their certificate from college.

Teachers from the BatSU Multidisciplinary College came to the College of International Educational Programs of Osh State University. Exactly to the Department of Translation: English languages. The department "Translation Studies: English languages " took part in the seminar "Bilim Kerbeni", which was held on January 5-6. A special free English course is held for students of the "Translation Department". The main goal of the free English course is to help students understand the basics of the language and involve students in the learning process with the rest of their classmates. The free course is taught by the teachers of the department: Ryskulova Nurgul and Muslim Abbasovna. in teaching students can develop the skills of speaking, reading and writing, hearing. Classes are conducted using various methods, interesting games and exercises. Classes are held on Wednesdays at 13:25. There are 20 students in the course.
The East-West Friendship Bridge action was held jointly with the College of International Educational Programs and the Faculty of International Relations. The purpose of this event was to motivate students to study Eastern and Western languages, to create an opportunity to get acquainted with the culture and customs of Eastern and Western countries, to establish friendly relations.
On the day of memory (12.12.22) of Chingiza Aitmatova, the great son of Kyrgyzstan, world-famous writer, public and state figure, the "Translation Department: English language" department organized the best intertribal event wall newspaper. All groups took an active part in this event, and the PDS11-2-22 group was named the winner and awarded with cash prizes.
According to the Academic Mobility program of OshSU, 9 students of college of international educational programs are trained in short-term mobility in the Jalal-Abad region at the Humanitarian and Economic College of the International University named after Sh. Kortomatova. There are: translation studies: English-6 students of the department, PCC “Eastern Language” -3 students. The term of training is 10 days: from December 13 to 24. The Humanitarian and Economic College of the International University provided students with free housing. Our students were located in prepared rooms and attending classes in a timely manner.
The conference "We are against AIDS" was held today on 30.12.22 in the department of "Translation Studies: English language". Generally all groups of the department Translation Studies took part, talked about how dangerous this disease is, presented a report, an abstract and a performance. The director of the college Rаmashov Kumar Akmatalievich expressed his opinion. He also awarded students wish diplomas, who read the report. Students of the groups, who was good at drawing published a wall newspaper under the motto "We are against AIDS", and the team of the group PDS 9-4-22, which produced the best wall newspaper from other teams, was awarded with a cash prize.

More than 150 parents was attended and actively participated. All parents were interviewed and some parents who who has not time and chance participated online through Zoom. The director of the college Ramashov Kumar Akmatalievich opened the event. Further, the deputy director for educational work, Davlyatova shared her thoughts. The head of the Department “Translation Studies: English” Akhunzhanova Zhyldyz Ikramzhanovna acquainted with the strategic plan and the mission of OSHU. Kulusheva Aibarchen Toktomamatovna, chairman of the Girl′s Council, spoke about the relationship between parents and university, as well as about the general behavior of students. Active parents shared their thoughts and proposals. Parents of the best students were awarded with “letters of thanks.” Talented college students showed their their talents to parents. At the end of the conference was organized a short break for coffee, and the curator of each group informed the parents about present achievements and shortcomings of their children.
The College of International Educational Programs of OSU hosted the admission of 1st year students. This event of the Osh region was attended by Artykova Yildiz Abdisalamovna, vice-rector for work with the student community, and expressed a desire to stay away from herself and the rector. During the event, talented students showed their creative potential and created a pleasant atmosphere for students. At the end of the event, the director of the college Romashov Kumarbek Akmatalievich awarded well-trained students with diplomas.
Osh State University hosted a sports competition between faculties, colleges, inter-lyceum educational institutions - professors and employees. 3 teachers from our translation department took part in the Spartakiad. Among 17 faculties and colleges, our college (CIEP) took 4 places.
1. encouraging teaching staff to strengthen their health, improve physical culture and sports;
2. strengthen friendly relations and harmony among the teaching staff;
3. Identify the best sports fans for OshSU national teams from among the teaching staff;
4. Identification and rewarding of the best sports team.
A seminar for COVID specialists was held in the Southern Branch of the Center for Wellness and Mass Communications. Teachers of the Department of Translation Work took part in this seminar.
