1. “Optimization of the organization of diagnostics and treatment of surgical diseases (No. 0007872)”

In this direction, over the past 5 years, more than 40 scientific articles, 3 monographs and 3 teaching aids have been published and one candidate dissertation has been defended.

In this direction, Professor of the Department Muratov A.A. in 2009 defended his doctoral dissertation on the topic: “Scientific foundations of the industrialization of the diagnostic process, individualization of treatment tactics and socialization of surgical practice”. Under his supervision, PhD Abdykalykov K.O. (chief surgeon of the Jalalbad region) is working on a doctoral dissertation on the topic: “Strategy for optimizing the organization of surgical care for patients with chest injuries at the level of district and regional hospitals of the Kyrgyz Republic”, teacher of the Department of General Surgery of the Medical Faculty of Osh State University Madaliev T.T. on the candidate′s dissertation on the topic: "Optimization of the organization of medical and diagnostic care in emergency surgery at the pre-hospital stage." And in September 2024, a teacher of the Department of Surgical Diseases of the Medical Faculty of Osh State University, a graduate student of Muratova A.A. Kutuyev Zh.A. successfully defended his candidate′s dissertation on the topic: "Optimization of providing assistance to victims with damage to blood vessels in the conditions of primary and secondary healthcare in the Kyrgyz Republic"

3. Relaparotomy is an optimal surgical procedure, the algorithm of which is used to obtain the required competence in the operation.

4. Optimization and algorithm of surgical methods in relaparotomy, development of methods for objectification of repeated operations from the point of view of competence

In this direction, under the supervision of the professor of the department Tuibaev Z.A., the surgeon of the Osh City Clinical Hospital Nevreev A.A. is working.
