Currently, a total of 5 students from the MOAIS specialty of the Institute MFTIT reside here. Each floor of the dormitory is equipped with gas stoves, washing machines, showers, a Wi-Fi zone, and study rooms. The dormitory is equipped with fire safety equipment and fully complies with sanitary requirements.

In addition, the dormitory area includes sports facilities for hockey, basketball, and volleyball, as well as a sewing workshop and a student canteen. Matters regarding accommodation are governed by the "Regulations on Student Dormitories" (Bulletin No. 15).
