Student conference: "Regional processes in the era of digitalization: challenges and opportunities."
On April 5, 2026, students from the MOCD-1-24 group—Symbat Kalmuratova, Ruslan Zvyagin, Bektur Suyunbaev, and Asema Akhunova—represented their institution with distinction by participating in an intellectual QUIZ for youth from Osh Oblast and the city of Osh. The event was part of the "YOUTH GO" project, which aims to develop active citizenship, broaden horizons, and support proactive youth. Thanks to their coordinated work and determination to win, the team took home a prize, demonstrating the students′ high level of preparation and potential.

Teachers and students took part in the international conference “Life Science Festival–2025” in Tashkent
Teachers of the OREI department, A. Saparbaeva and N. Kutusheva, as well as students of the “International Relations and Digital Diplomacy” and “Oriental Studies” programs, took part in the international conference “Life Science Festival–2025” held in Tashkent. Senior Lecturer Aynura Saparbaeva delivered a report on the topic “Agrotourism in Kyrgyzstan: Development of the Rural Sector and Preservation of Cultural Heritage.” The students also participated in the events of the “Young Leaders Week” program on behalf of OshSU.
Lecture on sustainable tourism at the Winter School in Kazakhstan: students received international certificates
Aynura Saparbaeva, Senior Lecturer of the Higher School of International Educational Programs, delivered an online lecture in English titled “Sustainable Development Future and Challenges of Tourism in Central Asia Countries” as part of the Winter School organized by the Faculty of Economics and Business of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. Ten students also took part in the program and received international certificates upon completion.
80th Anniversary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic
On November 19, 2024, a ceremonial event dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic was held at OREI HSIEP. Students of the “International Relations and Digital Diplomacy” and “Regional Studies” programs demonstrated their knowledge through stage performances, including scenes such as “Signing of Memorandums by Heads of State,” “Meeting of Heads of State,” and others. The event was accompanied by a concert program prepared by talented students.
Parents’ Meeting for First-Year Students of the MOCD Program
On October 3, 2024, a parents’ meeting for first-year students of the MOCD program was held at OREI HSIEP as part of educational and upbringing activities. The meeting featured speeches by the Head of OREI, Associate Professor D. A. Akmatova, Deputy Director for Educational Work Kubanychbek uulu Orozali, Program Head B. T. Marzabaeva, and group curator A. A. Saparbaeva. Parents were informed about the educational system, credit-based learning technology, internal regulations, as well as the rights and responsibilities of parents and students.
