(Head of the program), Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Keldibekova A.O. (Head of the Department of TOMIiOM), teachers - Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor Samatova E.E., Senior Lecturer Avazova E.T. began training the teaching staff of Osh State University in the basics of management in education during the advanced training course "Modern Technologies for University Management", a volume of 144 hours. The training will be held until February 20, 2026.

19 teachers from Namangan State University of the Republic of Uzbekistan arrived for a 144-hour course in management in education, organized by the OSH State University Advanced Training Center and the OSH State University Institute of Mathematics, Physics, Engineering and Information Technology in October 2025 to improve their professional skills.

On October 25, 2025, a refresher course on educational management was held for the teaching staff of Namangan State University and Namangan State Pedagogical Institute. Trainers — members of the Department of MIOTjBBM — Altybaeva M.A., Samatova E.E., Keldibekova A.O. and Avazova E.T. — conducted a theoretical course on the quality and results of teaching, accreditation and quality of education, innovative technologies in management and change management.
The refresher course began on October 11, 2025.

Partner universities have started training courses on the basics of education management for our colleagues.
On October 11, 2025, the teachers of the Department of EIA M. Altybayeva, A. Keldibekov, E. Avazova and E. Samatova began to teach teachers of Namangan State University and Namangan State Pedagogical Institute the basics of education management. The 144-hour advanced training course "Modern University management methods" consists of theoretical and practical blocks.

04/28/2025 Following the results of the successful completion of the advanced training course and the defense of design work on modern university management methods, K. Attokurov, Director of the OSH State University Department of International Relations, and B. Azimov, Director of IMFTIT, presented the course participants, our colleagues from Namangan State University and Osh State University, with certificates from the OSH State University Advanced Training Center.
We wish our colleagues to productively apply their knowledge of university management, contributing to the development of their organizations, as well as strengthening cooperation between our universities.

On 04/23/2025, the defense of the project work of the participants of the advanced training course "Modern University management methods" took place in a hybrid format. The participants listened to the full course program organized by the TOMIIOM Department in cooperation with the OSH State University Advanced Training Center, completed independent assignments and prepared final project work on selected topics. As part of academic mobility under a bilateral agreement between universities, colleagues from Namangan State University improve their qualifications.
