The mission of the college is to train professionals who are able to think
critically and creatively, possessing modern skills that contribute to
personal development.
The strategic goal is to train competent specialists with professional
skills that meet the level of national and international standards. To
become recognized in Kyrgyzstan and internationally as a competitive,
stakeholder-satisfying educational institution. The main task of the
strategic plan is to ensure necessary innovations and changes in the PTO
system, revision of the mission and educational goals, including improvement
of institutional capacity for change management, i.e. quick, timely response
to the dynamic and rapidly changing environment, new requirements of the
modern market, society and people. On the basis of the strategic development
plan, an annual work plan, individual programs and projects in the main
areas of the college for the next academic year are developed and adopted by
the Pedagogical Council.
Responsibilities: -Updating the structure, content technologies of
implementation of secondary vocational education programs in accordance with
the requirements of employers to ensure their effectiveness based on the
forecasts of the labor market of the Southern region. -Creation of the
Center of Excellence, which will train specialists of secondary vocational
level, meeting the socio-economic needs of society and the country.
-Development of material and technical base, which allows to effectively
carry out the educational process in accordance with the requirements of the
state educational standard. - Development of social partnership with
employers, stakeholders, their involvement in the main processes of quality
management; Promotion of employment of graduates in the labor market; -
Increasing the level of mastery of general, basic and professional
competencies by students through the application of modern methods and
technologies of education, - Improvement of educational and methodological
support of the educational process, development of innovation activities; -
Provision of high qualification of teachers, stimulation of effective
professional training at the workplace. - implementation of on-the-job
training.
