History of the Natural Science Subject Cycle Commission

Based on the decision of the State Inspectorate for Licensing and Accreditation under the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic, Protocol No. 8-07 dated September 26, 2006, the Law College was established as an independent Financial and Legal College, and based on the resolution of the Academic Council of Osh State University dated February 2, 2007 and the order of the rector No. 40 dated February 13, 2007, the college was granted a license No. 352, which allows the teaching of professional education disciplinesand general education disciplines in natural sciences and physics, mathematics and The department of information technologies was divided into two departments. In 2015, the department received a license in the specialty "Commodity Studies and Expertise" and has been educating students in the relevant specialty. 2 associate professors, 2 masters, 2 postgraduates, 3 teachers, 1 laboratory assistant with scientific degrees work at the PCK. Since 2015, the department has been headed by Gulmira Sadykova. The scientific and methodological direction of the department: Bekkulov M.I., the research topic: "The relationship between the thickness of the wool and the strength of the physique of mountain merino sheep". Ergeshova J.M. scientific topic: " Formation of biological concepts based on the physiological characteristics of adolescents" . Kudaiberdi K.Z. scientific topic: "Mouse-like rodents of the city of Osh (dynamics, practical significance)" has been approved and is being worked on. The teachers of the department have published: a textbook, 1 textbook, 2 methodological guides, 2 programs and about two hundred scientific and methodological articles. Based on the order No. 24 of September 10, 2020 on changes to the structural departments of Osh State University, a department was opened by merging the departments “Finance and Banking” and “Natural Science and Commodity Expertise”, and Abdrakhmanov Oenbek Emilovich, associate professor, was appointed head of the department, and Ergeshbaeva Aichurek Adanovna was appointed chairwoman of the “Natural Science and Commodity Expertise” PCC.Due to the fact that the specialty “Commodity Science and Quality Expertise of Consumer Goods” is being prepared on the basis of the Department of Natural Sciences of General Education Disciplines of the College of Finance and Law, the name of the department was changed to “Natural Sciences and Commodity Expertise”. Based on the order No. 3/19/02 dated April 5, 2019, it was accredited for a 5-year period. “Natural Sciences and Sustainable Development”D. R. Satyvaldiev presented his dissertation on the topic “Methodology of teaching elementary chemical and physical concepts to secondary school students based on information technologies” on October 25, 2019, at the Kyrgyz State University named after I. Arabaev and the Kyrgyz Academy of Education in pursuit of the degree of Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences

D 13.18.573 was defended at the dissertation council meeting.

08/21/2024 in the Kyrgyz Republic: “Improving the use of the biological potential of sheep to obtain profitable types of products is the most important problem of sheep farming in Kyrgyzstan.

M.I. Bekkulov defended his dissertation on the topic “The relationship between extrovert traits and wool quality in the production of Kyrgyz mountain merino sheep” on June 28, 2024 at the meeting of the dissertation council 03.24.692 of the Kyrgyz National Agrarian University named after K.I. Skryabin, Kyrgyz Research Institute of Livestock and Pastures of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic, for the degree of Candidate of Agricultural Sciences.

Based on the order of Osh State University No. 3152- FHD/21 dated September 1, 2021, Satyvaldiev Duyshobay Rajabalievich was appointed chairman of the PCC “Natural Science and Commodity Expertise”. Due to the suspension of admission of students to the specialty “Commodity Science and Quality Expertise of Consumer Goods”. The name of the subject cyclical commission “Natural Science and Commodity Expertise” was changed to the PCC “Natural Science” based on the order of Osh State University No. 4122-FHD/ 04.10.2022.

D. R. Satyvaldiev, PhD, associate professor, was appointed and continues to lead the Natural Sciences PCC.

The purpose of the PCC is:

Ø Providing quality education in natural sciences to students studying at the College of Finance and Law;

Ø Writing and preparing scientific and methodological works.

Ø Preparation of textbooks for the subjects taught.

Duties of the PCC

1. Conducting and developing educational and methodological work at the PCC;

2. Provide sufficient and appropriate quantities of teaching aids (books) related to the subjects being taught;

3. Organizing students′ independent work;

4. Achieve systematic use of new teaching technologies, audio-video materials, Zoom, WhatsApp, Webinar, Meet platforms, and didactic materials .

5. Carry out project-based learning activities.

6. Getting started with an electronic journal

7. Implement the recommendations set out in the Osh City Development Program.

8. Implementation of relevant work in the strategic program "Sustainable Development Model of Osh State University for 2024-2026".
