ЭТФ кафедрасында 2024-ж. 13- декабрда ф. - м. и. д., профессор Б. Араповду эскерүү болуп өттү. Б. Араповдун окуучулары проф. Ы. Ташполотов, доцент Э. Садыков, ЭТФ кафедрасынын башчысы, доцент М. Ч. Осконбаевдер сүйлөштү жана агайдын илимий ишмердүүлүгүнө токтолушту. Аягында ЭТФ кафедрасынын PhD докторанты Юсупали уулу Залкарбектин " Кристалдык жана аморфтук кремнийдин фотоэлектрдик структурасын экспериментте изилдөө" деген темада илимий семинар болуп өттү.

2025-жылдын 3-февралында Ош малекеттик университетинде окуу жайдын "Келечек муундун ХАБы" борборунун базасында "Борбордук Азияны спутниктен байкоо жана космикалык зонддоо" жана критикалык минералдар борборлору ачылды. Салтанатка окуу жайдын ректору Кудайберди Кожобеков баштаган профессордук-окутуучулук курам, чет өлкөлөрдөн жана өлкө аймагынан келген окумуштуулар катышты. Аталган борборлор Кыргыз Республикасында алгач ирет ачылып жатат жана бул борборлордун окуу жайга, жалпы эле эл чарбасына тийгизген таасирлери кандай болот? 1. Кыргызстанда космостук зонддоо борборун түзүү өлкөгө бир катар маанилүү пайда алып келиши мүмкүн. Учурда долбоордун алкагында бир нече эл аралык базаларга кирүүгө мүмкүнчүлүк алынган. Учурда Америка, Япония, Кытай, Корея жана Европа өлкөлөрүнүн 25тен ашуун белгилүү спутник агенттиктери менен кызматташуу жүрүүдө. Ошондой эле аталган жай дүйнөлүк борборлор менен чогуу илимий иш-чараларды алып барууга шарт түзүлдү: 1).Экономикалык өнүгүү: Жогорку технологиялык тармактарды өнүктүрүү: Борбор космостук тармакты жана ага байланыштуу технологияларды өнүктүрүүгө көмөктөшөт, бул инвестицияларды тартат жана жаңы жумуш орундарын түзөт. Табигый ресурстарды мониторинг кылуу: Космостук сүрөттөрдүн жардамы менен айыл чарба жерлердин, токойду, суу ресурстарыны жана пайдалуу кен байлыктардын абалын натыйжалуу көзөмөлдөп, алардын пайдаланылышын жана башкаруусун оптималдаштырууга мүмкүнчүлүк берет. Айыл чарба: Космостук зонддоо маалыматтары алдын ала түшүмдүүлүктү божолдоого, себилген жерлердеги көйгөйлөрдү аныктоого жана айыл чарба өндүрүшүн оптималдаштырууга жардам берет. Өзөчө кырдаалдарды башкаруу: Космостук сүрөттөр табигый кырсыктарга, мисалы, жер титирөө, суу ташкыны жана өрттөргө тез арада жооп берүүгө жардам берет, бул зыянды азайтууга жана куткаруу операцияларынын натыйжалуулугун жогорулатууга мүмкүндүк жаратат. 2)Илимий изилдөөлөр: Бул борбор аркылуу илимий кызматкерлер, окумуштуулар, PhD докторанттар жердин жөнөкөй кыртышынан тартып, бийик тоолуу аймактар боюнча илимий изилдөөлөрдү жүргүзүшөт. Бул изилдөөлөрдү жүргүзүүдө маалыматтар базасы менен иштөө актуалдуу болуп саналат. Борбор аркылуу илим изилдөөчүлөр спутниктен алынган маалыматтар базасын колдонуп, климаттык өзгөрүүлөрдү изилдеген илимий изилдөөлөрдү жүргүзө алышат,мисалы: -Айлана чөйрөнү изилдөө: Борбор экология, климатология жана геология тармагында изилдөөлөрдү жүргүзүүгө мүмкүнчүлүк берет, бул уникалдуу маалыматтарды алууга өбөлгө түзөт. -Космостук илимди өнүктүрүү: Борбордун түзүлүшү Кыргызстанда космостук илимдин өнүгүшүнө жана ушул тармакта квалификациялуу кадрларды даярдоого негиз болот. 3)Билим берүү: Борбор студенттерди жана адистерди космостук технологиялар, геоинформатика жана дистанттык зонддоо боюнча окутуу үчүн аянтча болуп кызмат кыла алат. Квалификацияны жогорулатуу: Борбордун кызматкерлери окутуудан өтүп, квалификацияларын жогорулатууга мүмкүнчүлүк алышат, бул өлкөнүн илимий потенциалын өнүктүрүүгө көмөктөшөт. 4)Эл аралык кызматташтык: Эл аралык долбоорлорго катышуу: Борбор эл аралык космостук долбоорлорго катышат жана башка өлкөлөр менен тажрыйба алмаша алат. Инвестицияларды тартуу: Борбордун ийгиликтүү ишмердүүлүгү эл аралык инвесторлордун көңүлүн бурууга мүмкүнчүлүк берет жана Кыргызстандагы космостук тармактын өнүгүшүнө көмөктөшөт. 5)Коргоо жана коопсуздук: Чек араларды мониторинг кылуу: Космостук сүрөттөр чек араларды көзөмөлдөөгө жана улуттук коопсуздукту камсыздоого колдонулушуна негиз болот. Жогорудагы аталган маселелрди чечүү үчүн учурда борбор атайын заманбап жабдуулар менен толукталган.. 2. Критикалык минералдардын борбору. Бул борбор критикалык минералдарга илимий изилдөөлөрдү жүргүзүү, эл аралык уюмдар менен кызматташуу максатын көздөйт жана ал Кыргызстандагы кендерди туруктуу казып алууга жана колдонууга көмөк көрсөтөт. Ошондой эле борбордо кендердин геологиялык таралышын жана запастарын комплекстүү изилдейт, анткени учурда Кыргызстанда критикалык минералдардын көптөгөн кендери бар. Ар түрдүү баалоолор боюнча, өлкөдө 6 дан 8 ге чейин рудалык аймактар жана 83 төн ашык критикалык минералдарды камтыган кендер табылган. Критикалык минералдар, ошондой эле стратегикалык минералдар катары белгилүү жана алар дүйнөлүк экономикада маанилүү роль ойнойт. Критикалык минералдардын борборун түзүүнүн максаты болуп алардын кендерин изилдөө жана иштетүү боюнча аракеттерди бириктирүү жана координациялоо, геологиялык изилдөөлөргө инвестицияларды тартуу, минералдык ресурстарды изилдөө үчүн илимий жана техникалык базаны өнүктүрүү, ошондой эле алардын өндүрүлүшүнө жана пайдаланылышынө мониторинг кылуу жана көзөмөлдөө саналат. Мындан башка да борбордо технологияларды кайра иштетүүнү иштеп чыгуу менен чийки затты жеринде кайра иштетүү аркылуу кошумча баалуулуктар түзүлөт, мамлекеттин өзүнүн кайра иштетүү өнөр жайы өнүгөт жана жаңы жумуш орундары пайда болот. Демек, критикалык минералдардын борборун түзүү Кыргызстандын экономикасын көтөрүүгө чоң салым кошот.

Илим жумалыгы 28-30- апрелде профессор М. Алтыбаеванын 75 жылдыгына арналып өттү. IX- сессияда 26 илимий баяндама пландаштырылып, бакалавр студенттер, магистлер жана PhD докторанттар баяндамаларды жасап талкуу болду. 4-курстун физик студенттери Токбаева Мадина жана Айтбек кызы Айзирек физикалык эксперимент көрсөтүшүп, анын физикалык маанисин көрүүчүлөр чечмелеп беришти. Жыйынтыгында мыктылар сыйланды.

2025- жылдын 8- апрели күнү "Табият таануу, дене тарбия, туризм жана агрардык технологиялар " институтунда 12- апрель бүткүл дүйнөлүк космонавтика күнүнө карата Х(б)-1-24 жана ХЭК(б)-1-24 тайпалары тарабынан кече өткөрүлдү. Кечеде институттун директору, окутуучулар өздөрүнүн жылуу сөздөрүн сүйлөп, студенттерге ийгиликтер каалашты.

2024-жылдын 25-май куну ОшМУга Ш.Рашидов атындагы Самарканд мамлекеттик университетинен профессор А. И. Раджабов жетектеген 5 окутуучулук- прфессордук курам келди. Алар менен ЭТФ кафедрасынын доценти Б.А. Каденова "Биофизика" жана "Радиобиология" предметтеринен окуу - методикалык, лекциялык материалдарды жана окуу лабораторияларын тузуу маселелери боюнча кызматташуу сунушталды.

Кыргыз республикасынын белгилүү коомдук ишмери, окумуштуу, ф.-м-и-д, профессор Осмоналиев Каныбек ушул жылдын 16- майында ОшМУнун 85 жылдыгынын урматына "Физика илиминин азыркы учурдагы абалы" деген темада онлайн лекция өтүп берди. Лекцияга ОшМУнун физика адистигинин 2-3-4- курстарынын студенттери, физика математикалык билим берүү багытынын магистрлери, 510400 " Физика " багытында окуган магистрлер, математика, физика, техника жана информациялык технологиялар институтунун профессордук - окутуучулар курамы, физика кафедраларынын окутуучулары, ОшТУнун, Кыргыз-Өзбек эл аралык университетинин окумуштуулары, Ноокат, Кара-Суу районунун физик мугалимдери жана Ош шаарынын физик мугалимдери катышты. Илимий жумалыгындагы иш чаралар.

МФТИТ институтунда 2024-жылдын 22-апрель күнү ОшМУнун-85 жылдык урматына илим жумалыгы өтүп жатат.Илим жумалыгынын пленардык отурумунда ЭТФ каф. профессору Ы.Ташполотов "Физика илиминин жалпы 30 жылдагы жетишкендиктери", кафедра башчы, доцент М.Ч.Осконбаев "ЭТФ кафедрасындагы илим-изилдөөнүн тарыхы" деген темада баяндамалар жасалды.

2023-жылдын 13-декабрь күнү устатыбыз, физика илиминдеги көрүнүктүү окумуштуу, ф.-м.и.д., профессор, КР илимине эмгек сиңирген ишмери, Россия табият илимдер академиясынын мүчө-корреспанденти, Байыш агайыбыздын туулган күнү болчу. Агайдын көзү тирүүсүндө биз үчүн чоң майрам болоор эле. Ал дайыма биринчи болууну жакшы көрүүчү. Биринчилерден болуп ОшМУга 2004-жылы 01.04.07.- “Конденцацияланган абалдын физикасы” адистиги боюнча кандидаттык диссертация коргоочу адистиктешкен кеңештин төрагасы болгон. Ал диссертациялык кеңеште 15ке жакын изилдөөчү кандидаттык диссертациясын ийгиликтүү коргоп, азыркы мезгилде түштүк кыргызстандагы белдүү окумуштуулар.

Профессор Байыш Араповдун жетекчилиги менен 7 илимдин кандидатын жана 2 илимдин доктору илимий иштерин коргошкон. Профессор Байыш Арапов ОшМУнун, факультеттин жана кафедранын түптөлүшүнө жана өнүгүшүндө опол тоодой эмгеги бар. Агайыбыздын жаткан жери жайлуу, топурагы торко болсун. Германиядан келген профессор менен жолугушуу

2023-жылдын 27-декабрында Германиядан келген т.и.д., профессор Рысбаев Талант Акимжанович менен физика адистигиндеги 1-2-3-4-курстун студенттери жана 510400 «Физика» физика багытында даярдалуучу магистранттар менен конок лекция болуп өттү. Жолугушууну ЭТФ кафедрасынын башчысы ф.-м.и.к., доцент М.Ч.Осконбаев ачып, келген профессорду студенттер жана магистранттар менен тааныштырды. Профессор Рысбаев Талант Акимжанович «Нанотехнология» багытында лекция окуу менен Германия өлкөсүндө кайсы багыттар боюнча фонддорго грант жазуу керектигин жеткиликтүү презентациялардын коштосуу менен түшүндүрүп берди. ЭТФ кафедрасы менен магистрлерди бирге даярдап жаткандыгына токтолуп, келечекте PHD докторантураны биргеликте даярдоо боюнча сунуштарын айтты.

The best curator - 2023

Asylbek Japarkulov, a senior teacher of the ETF department, won the 2nd place in the "Best Curator-2023" contest held at Osh State University of Economics and Business, and was awarded with a diploma and a cash prize of 15,000 soms. Results of Science Week

On May 12, 2023, students, masters and postgraduate students who actively participated in the science week were awarded. Bilerman court and intellectual competition

On May 11, 2023, as part of the science week, the "Bilerman Ordo" competition was organized for physics students by the senior teachers of the ETF department, A. Japarkulov, A. Orozbaeva, and Zhanyabay kyzy Diyana. Students of the 1st-2nd-3rd year took part in the competition:

Masters and students of both sections made scientific presentations.

Opening of Science Week


On May 10, 2023, the opening ceremony of the scientific week devoted to the 80th anniversary of the distinguished figure of science of the Kyrgyz Republic, Professor B. Arapov, was held at the Faculty of Physics and Technology. At the plenary meeting, associate professor M. Ch. Oskonbaev, head of the ETF department, made a photo report about the life, scientific activity and creativity of professor B. Arapov.


Physical party

13.04.2023у. Raikan Abdimitalipova, a master′s student studying physics at the ETF department 510400, organized a "Physical Party" at the gymnasium of Osh State University in Kara-Suu district. The evening was attended by head of ETF department, associate professor M.Ch. Students of 7-8-9 grades organized a special event depicting the life history of great physicists. Reflecting the life of T.Edison, they ended with the phrase "mothers always wish the best for their children".

In addition, students of each class performed physical experiments in accordance with the school′s physics program. About 10 experiments were shown. The physical meaning of the experiment was explained by the 7th-8th-9th grade students sitting as spectators in the hall and won the prize of the organizers. After that, each class organized a wall newspaper competition. The winners of wall newspapers, 7th-8th grade students were awarded with a gift from docent M. Ch. Oskonbaev.


Osh Oblast Olympiad - 2023

On February 27-28, 2023, an Olympiad was held among Osh regional schools at the school-lyceum named after U. Saliyeva. Two teams took part in advanced and general education on the subject of physics. The jury was made up of teaching staff of higher educational institutions in Osh, specifically, teachers of Osh State University, Osh State Technical University, and school teachers.

The best teacher of the year-2023

510400 graduate of "physics" specialty, physics teacher of Hamza secondary school of Leilek district of Batken region, Toychieva took part in the "Best teacher of the year-2023" competition in Intizor district and won the first place. The competition was held on February 17 of this year.

Billiards competition.

On February 18, a billiard competition of the faculty was held by the professional neighbor of the FTF. As a result, M. Ch. Oskonbaev, head of the ETF department, took the 1st place among people over 45 years old and was sent to the billiards competition of Osh State University.

Meeting with parents

The student of the 3rd year of FE(b)-1-20- group was presented by Ulukbek uulu Nurbakyt′s grandfather, Elder Jumaliev Samidin and head of the ETF department, docent M.Ch. There was a meeting with Oskonbayev and the curator of this group, his teacher A. Japarkulov. The curator of FE(b)-1-14 group, the head of the Department of Experimental and Theoretical Physics, Professor B. Arapov, is conducting more interesting and educationally meaningful lectures for the students of his group on the planned topics during the curatorial hours. In order to make it accessible to students, according to the theme of the educational hour, they made a mutual agreement with the departments, and the students visited the mentioned places, got to know each other and learned. In the second week of April, a curatorial hour on the theme "World Health Day" was held at the virtual clinic of the Faculty of Medicine of OshMU. Zoldubaev, taught about health care, first aid for a sick person, and demonstrated the structure of human internal organs in practice. I wanted to start my thoughts with the following words, what would the village of Volovy Brod be like if in 1117 a local church had not opened a church university (now "Oxford" University) in front of it. Of course, one of the biggest tasks of the University is to provide education, and the second task is to change the environment in which it is located.

The purpose of our "Science Festival" is to contribute to the development of society, the environment, and the economy by providing deep education and training to young people, and to make them interested in science, and to direct the sustainable development of our country. Thus, our university "Science Festival" is an upcoming large-scale project that teaches undergraduates to improve their independent thinking and analysis skills and to conduct scientific research using modern scientific technologies, and to shape their general professional, managerial, social and cultural competencies. As part of the "Science Festival":
