"Psychological circle"

The goals and objectives of the circle. Goals: development of a socially active personality of a student. Objectives: 1. Development of social skills, development of group structures and processes, maintenance of a favorable intra-group climate, consolidation and development of the teenage community, development of group interaction, an atmosphere of trust and mutual respect. 2. Development of personal resources of students in the field of communication skills and abilities: - formation of the ability to listen, express one′s point of view, the ability to argue and defend one′s position; - formation of behavior patterns in adolescents leading to a compromise solution; - mastering methods of constructive behavior in conflict; - awareness of the peculiarities of one′s own behavior in conflict; - consideration of one′s own resources in conflict resolution; - develop skills of conflict-free behavior. 3. Formation of adequate self-esteem; 4. Development of skills and abilities to relieve emotional stress and anxiety; 5. Development of reflection skills in adolescents; 6. Promote the development of cognitive processes; 7. Development of empathy and tolerance.
