2.Monitoring the Employment of Graduates
For the purpose of systematically monitoring the employment outcomes of its
graduates, Osh State University has developed an online electronic survey
based on the Google Forms platform.
The survey is available in Kyrgyz, Russian, and English, and is open to all
university graduates from 1980 to 2025.
Key features of the survey include:
• real-time display of the number of graduates who have participated in the
survey;
• automatic generation of percentage indicators and charts for each
question;
• the ability to identify where graduates are employed, in which sectors,
and in what numbers;
• support for continuous monitoring of graduates’ integration into the labor
market.
This tool serves as a modern digital mechanism for analyzing and making managerial decisions regarding the employment of graduates at Osh State University.
At Osh State University, an average of about 6,000 students graduate each year. However, the analysis conducted shows that a significant number of graduates do not obtain employment immediately after completing their studies. This is due to a range of factors and objective circumstances, including the need to prepare documents, participate in public and private competitions and examinations, complete internships, and search for suitable job vacancies.
In this regard, the employment indicators are as follows:
