Conference Seminar and Guest Lecture
> On November 29, 2025, the XII Regional Student Scientific Conference titled "Students and Scientific-Technical Progress" was held. Undergraduate and graduate students from the "Physics" profile of the 550200 "Physics and Mathematics Education" program, representing the Department of General Physics and Physics Teaching Methodology, participated in the event. Following their excellent presentations, several students were awarded prize-winning places for their outstanding research contributions.

On November 6, 2025, a student scientific conference titled "Scientific Inquiry and Innovative Methods in Physics Education" was organized in honor of "Science Day." The event was coordinated by the Department of General Physics and Physics Teaching Methodology of the Institute of Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, and Information Technology at OshSU, led by Associate Professor M. Jumanova (PhD in Pedagogy) and Lecturer J. Moldoyarova, who are responsible for research activities. A total of 26 reports were registered from undergraduate and graduate students of the 550200 "Physics and Mathematics Education" program. The presentations and discussions were held across two sections: Graduate Section: 16 reports (Master’s students). Undergraduate Section: 10 reports (Bachelor’s students). Meeting with Alumni       

On May 30, 2024, at 14:30 in Room 209, a meeting was held as part of the 85th anniversary of Osh State University. The event featured prominent physics alumni: Professor Doolotbai Babaev (Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences), Head of the Physics Department at Kuwait University, and Associate Professor Bibisara Murzuibraimova (Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences), Leading Specialist at the Kyrgyz Academy of Education. The meeting was attended by the faculty and staff of the Department of General Physics and Physics Teaching Methodology, the Department of Experimental and Theoretical Physics, as well as undergraduate and graduate students.

The discussion focused on the challenges of teaching physics and strategies for expanding curriculum hours, followed by a Q&A session where students′ inquiries were addressed.
                        


 A student scientific conference titled "The Father of Modern Physics – Isaac Newton" was held, organized by the Department of General Physics and Physics Teaching Methodology of the Institute of Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, and Information Technology at Osh State University, in honor of the great physicist Isaac Newton′s birthday. During the conference, students from the "Physics" profile of the 550200-Physics and Mathematics Education program (all 1st-year students, along with participants from the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th years) presented and discussed physics experiments, models, and research reports. The event was attended by the Director of the Institute, B. Azimov, and Deputy Directors T. Matisakov and D. Pakalbai uulu. Following the presentations, certificates and diplomas were awarded to students for the best reports, innovative models, and successful experiments.
