Educational and Methodological Works

The department conducts research in two main areas:

Area 1: Development of textbooks adapted for teaching mathematics in higher education institutions as a means of professional training under the supervision of Associate Professor M.Sh. Mamayusupov.

A five-volume series entitled "Higher Mathematics Reader" has been analyzed. Extensive discussions involving the authors, faculty members, and students were held. As a result, abbreviated versions for natural science and humanities programs studying mathematics up to 6 credits were prepared and recommended for wide use in both electronic and printed formats. (Available on the Osh State University website and www.okuma.kg.)

Area 2: "Differential Equations". Research is conducted by Associate Professors, Candidates of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, U. Sopuev and T. Chinkaraev.

Associate Professor D. Kedeybaeva participated in a scientific conference held at the Eurasian National University in Astana, Kazakhstan.

Currently, A. Abdukaimova, a lecturer of the department, is pursuing postgraduate studies and conducting research on her dissertation topic.
