History of the "Accounting and Taxation" Department at the Finance and Juridical College .

The Accounting and Taxation department is an educational and structural unit at the Finance and Juridical College of Osh State University. It is an association of professors and teaching staff involved in general education, scientific, and methodological activities in the field of economics.

College History:

The Finance and Juridical College was initially founded as part of the Faculty of Law, offering a specialty in Law. In the 2004-2005 academic year, new specialties such as Economics and Accounting and Finance and Credit were introduced. By the 2006-2007 academic year, with an increase in the number of students in these specialties, the Academic Council (Decision №6, 02.02.2007) and the Rector (Order №40, 13.02.2007) approved the establishment of a new cycle of courses called "Professional Education."

In the 2009-2010 academic year, the cycle was reorganized as the Accounting and Finance professional education center. The center’s staff was expanded, and it began to function independently. Senior teacher Zhypara Asilbek Kyzy was appointed head of the center.

Development of the Department:

In the 2013-2014 academic year, the Accounting and Finance professional education center offered four specialties: Finance, Economics and Accounting, Banking, and Taxation. Due to an increase in student numbers and academic workloads, the center was divided into two departments: the Finance and Banking department and the Accounting and Taxation department. Senior lecturer Zhypara Asilbek Kyzy became the head of the Finance and Banking department, while senior lecturer Kubanych Isakov was appointed head of the Accounting and Taxation department.

In 2016, the Accounting and Taxation department was reorganized into the Accounting and Finance department, following Order No. 760, dated September 24, 2016. Associate Professor N. Zh. Isakov was appointed head of the department.

Recent Changes:

From November 2017, Senior Lecturer Zhypara Asilbek Kyzy served as the acting head of the Accounting and Finance department. In September 2018, due to an increase in teaching loads, the department was split again. Associate Professor Nurgazy Zholbolduevich Isakov became the Head of the Finance and Banking department, while Senior Lecturer Kubanych Abibillaevich Isakov took over the Accounting and Taxation department.

On September 26, 2020, in accordance with Government Resolution No. 53 of the Kyrgyz Republic (dated February 3, 2004), the Accounting and Taxation department was reorganized into a subject cycle commission, with Isakov Kubanych Abibillaevich appointed as head and Stambekova Ainuska Nurlanbekovna as chairwoman.

In August 2021, based on Order №2893-FHD/21, Bekalmaz Jurabaevich Fayzullaev became the head of the Accounting and Taxation department.

On January 9, 2023, Ainuska Nurlanbekovna Stambekova was reappointed head of the Accounting and Taxation department (Order № 156-FHD/23). Finally, on April 4, 2024, Yrysgul Abdyldaevna Mamanova was appointed head of the Accounting and Taxation department (Order № 1552-FHD/24).

Current Faculty:

The Accounting and Taxation department is now headed by Yrysgul Abdyldaevna Mamanova, with a dedicated team of teachers and lecturers who specialize in accounting, taxation, and economics.
