History
The Department of Mathematical Analysis was founded in 1971 on the basis of the Department of "Higher Mathematics": M. Abdyldaev, G. Mamaturduev, T. Chinkaraev, A. Papikov, S. Karimov, R. Tairov, A. Apiev.
Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Associate Professor M.Sh. Mamayusupov; Director of the branch of the Russian State Social University in Osh, Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor S.T. Turdubaev; Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Associate Professor G.M. Anarbaeva, who served as Head of the Programming Department in 2007–2008, as Director of the Educational and Information Department in 2008–2011, and since 2011 – as Head of the Science and Postgraduate Department of OshSU; Deputy Director of the Institute of Continuous Education, Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Associate Professor M.A. Azimbaev; Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Professor D. Tursunov; senior lecturers – Y. Amanbaeva, O.B. Aripov, K. Aliev, A. Zholdoshev, Kudaiberdi, and others.

Since May 2021, the duties of the Head of the Department of Mathematical Analysis have been performed by senior lecturer Akmatov Abdilaziz Alievich.
Since September 3, 2024, the Department of Mathematical Analysis has been headed by Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Associate Professor A.A. Abdilazizova.
