On February 28, 2020, by the decision of the Academic Council of Osh State University was created the “College of International Educational Programs”.

At the present time, the college has 3 departments. These are the departments of "English Language", "Translation Studies", and the department of "Social Disciplines". In the 2024-2025 academic year, a new specialty "Media Linguistics" was opened, and the first students were admitted to this specialty. The college closely cooperates with more than 50 enterprises and institutions of the city of Osh in training specialists and creating educational programs.

All educational programs of the college have successfully passed international accreditation. Efforts are being made to strengthen the material and technical base, improve the teaching staff and the quality of education.

In order to strengthen international ties, close cooperation has been established with partners in the People′s Republic of China, South Korea, Uzbekistan and other countries.
