On February 6, 2026, a guest lecture on "Criminal Executive Law" was organized for "Law" students of the Financial and Legal College as part of the dual education program. The session, initiated by lecturer Tulkueva Venera Tentekeevna, featured a discussion meeting with Yusupova Gulshair Sultanovna, a Lieutenant Colonel and former Deputy Head of the Closed Penal Institution No. 22 (SIZO) in Osh. Purpose: As criminal executive institutions are restricted-access facilities, direct communication with officials and practical storytelling provide students with an opportunity to deepen their theoretical knowledge.
