Based on the decision of Protocol №8-07 dated September 26, 2006 y, a license № 352 was issued by the State Inspection on Accreditation and Licensing at the Ministry of Education and Science of Kyrgyzstan, a Financial and Legal college was drawn up.

     On the basis of order №40 from February 13, 2007, a department of professional disciplines and a department of language disciplines were opened under the protocol of the academic council of Osh State University.

    Also by order of the rector No. 472, dated September 12, 2009, the cycle of general linguistic disciplines is divided into two departments, the department of general education and natural sciences and the department of general linguistic and humanities.

  The department of general education and humanities is allocated to two departments, the department of general education and languages, and the department of general education and social sciences by order of the rector № 423 dated October 4, 2013.

     The department has 1 doctor of pedagogical sciences, Ukueva B.Sh, 1 associate professor, Abduvalieva B, 2 senior teachers, Akhunzhanova Zh, Tolonova G, 9 teachers and 1 laboratory assistant. The head of the department is B. Abduvaliyeva. The scientific and methodological direction of the department is "To develop language learning"

   9 masters teachers were assigned scientific topics and they are working on their research papers.

 8 textbooks and 9 textbooks, 13 manuals, 5 programs and nearly 200 scientific and methodical articles in the department were published.

     In order to expand its industrial and scientific experience, the department collaborates with ZhASU, BatSU, OShPI, OshTU, KSU, Arabaev University, BSU, Academy of Education of Kyrgyzstan, etc.

    The members of the department work and participate in all cultural, social, educational and methodical work not only of the college, but also of the university.
