The goals and tasks of the department:
The main tasks of the department are as followings: The mission of OshSU in today′s globalized society is to contribute in increasing the intellectual potential of the state and the development of human resources in the country; To educate specialists who are worthy of competition by adapting to the international educational space, using new teaching technologies, improving the quality of education, developing national advantages, through in-depth mastering of the world′s leading standards of post-secondary vocational education and additional vocational education. Educating young people to patriotism, humanism, respect for human values, friendship between nations. Forming the needs of the individual in acquiring the knowledge and professional competences needed by the modern society. The foreign language department has a sufficient material and technical base. The educational building is rented. The number of classrooms, location, sanitary-hygienic conditions have enough quality to requirements. The educational building has a total usable area of 18,790 m2, it has more than 40 classrooms (including 4 monitors, white boards in each classroom, 3 projectors), 212 foreign language departments, and teachers′ rooms. Our building has 1 library, a special 120-seat reading room, 2 computer classrooms, but it does not meet the standard ratio of 1:12, as well as a 40-50-seat kitchen. Graduates′ corner and 1 methodical classrooms (303) are in service
