Brief information about the program 531600 - “Regional Studies” Master’s program

Educational program 531600 - "Regional Studies" master′s degree has been implemented at Osh State University since 2014. Until 2021, the preparation of bachelors and masters in the direction of “Regional Studies” was carried out at the Department of Regional Studies in the structure of various faculties of Osh State University.

Since 2021, this program has been implemented as part of the Department of Russian and Eurasian Integration of the Higher School of International Educational Programs of Osh State University (Order of the Rector of Osh State University No. 2195-FHD/21 07/02/2021).

Today, 531600 “Regional Studies” master’s program is one of the leading educational programs at Higher school of international education programs and provides educational, methodological, research and practical special training for graduates in regional studies.

The head of the program is Candidate of Philosophy, Associate Professor D.A. Akmatova.

Program 531600 - "Regional Studies" (master′s degree) in 2020 successfully passed independent accreditation and received a Certificate of Accreditation (No. 02-20/21) of the Public Foundation "Agency for Quality Assurance in Education "EdNet".
