The cycle of Russian language and literature became part of the College of International educational programs In 2021 and was created on the basis of the order of the Rector of OSH State University dated 08.07.2021. Initially, the cycle existed as part of the Department of Social Disciplines and since the spring of 2021 it has been functioning as a separate independent unit, with direct subordination to the college directorate. Teaching loads of teachers are distributed across 6 colleges of OSH State University: STOM, FAC, med college, IPC and CMOS. Since September 2022, teachers of the medical college and the College of the Law Institute have been joined to the staff. The cycle is headed by Madmarova Gulmira Arapova (No. 2331-FHD/21 dated 08.07.2021). The total work experience, including civil service, is more than 35 years. The educational and methodological, social and educational work of the cycle is carried out on a planned basis. The head of the cycle monitors the learning process, checks lessons and attends classes. Takes an active part in the work of the Rector′s Office and the Directorate.
