Goals and objectives of the cycle The main tasks of the cycle: • Continuous improvement of the quality of the educational content taking into account the needs of the labor market, teaching of a new Russian language; development of a system of continuous and multi-level education; provision of quality education in accordance with new educational standards, development of new curricula and programs based on them, educational and methodological complexes, development of an effective mechanism for implementing a competence-based approach in training specialists; the development of students′ independence, readiness for future professional activity, the need for constant updating of knowledge, the formation of highly cultured, socially active developed personalities; * improvement of the organization and management of the educational process taking into account quality criteria, objective monitoring of student progress; creation and improvement of educational and methodological and other normative documents on education; improvement of educational and methodological and logistical support, introduction of modern educational, including distance technologies; more active involvement of potential employers in the educational process, consideration of their requirements in the development of educational programs, involvement in external evaluation of broadcasting quality; * development and improvement of the regional educational structure of secondary vocational education; strengthening cooperation with other higher and professional educational institutions; • improvement of the quality and internal culture of educational work of secondary vocational education; formation of a favorable environment for moral, personal self-realization of students and teachers on the basis of partnership, mutual respect; preservation and development of the corporate culture of secondary vocational education as a value system of the college; strengthening the role of the student council in ensuring the quality of education; improving the quality of training, cultural, sports, increasing the educational potential of the labor spheres of student life; • development, implementation and step-by-step certification of the quality management system of secondary vocational education, ensuring a high level of quality in the educational process; creation of a system of continuous professional training of employees of the department “public disciplines” in the field of educational process management and quality assurance.
